3 stars: long load times even for new phones, but able to pay bills on the app. Typical to bell, very unorganized and misleading when it comes to money- prices for add-ons such as data seem arbitrary, and if you look, there are sometimes multiple prices for every feature, tucked into packages or somewhere you wouldnt think to look. App must be from 2004 by the looks of it.
4 stars: Overall eady to use and access to change/add/or review plan features are readily available. However, i would give it 5 stars if it had the ability to 'drill down' to the level of detail provided only by downloading the pdf of the monthly bill. All billing summary details are provided, but access to the list of daily calls and/or data transfer could be added to confirm any extra charges that may have been unexpected would help.
4 stars: This is for bell app in general. Because I dont have unlimited internet I get notifications when I reach 75 to 90% of my allowed bandwidth. Some times, I do miss the email and I go over. I like to see a feature to allow me to set it up so that when i reach myself allowable bandwidth the system automatically disable my internet connection and then re-enable it at the start of the billing cycle.
3 stars: You can do everything through the app, which is a big time saver. Although not about the app itself, the one thing that bugs me about the prepaid service is the top-up option amounts. We should be able to top up any amount we wish to that day. Data plans ar...
