5 stars: Perfect app to keep tabs on a pre teen that wants to go go go lately. Our whole family uses it!! If someone doesn't answer the phone you can simply click their little picture and see where they're at, how long they've been there, if they're driving or not. I highly recommend and would give a 10/10 simply for giving me a peace of mind in this crazy world we live in.
3 stars: Honestly it's a great app and gives you peace of mind on knowing where ur family is located. But I do have one major complaint, there is no customer service, I am on the gold plan and have tried canceling due to financial issues and when I get ahold of customer support they tell me they can't cancel my subscription so when I look it up on my play store it is not under my subscriptions. So it's very frustrating
3 stars: Two main weaknesses of this app that needs to be improved right now. First is the location of driver is not updated continuously but need 5 to 10 seconds to update the location. The second point is this app need to give the address of the location so we can access it on google map or waze. How do I supposed to know where they are with only a non interactive map that did not show anything.
