4 stars: It is fun game that I have been enjoying. Your design a ship and it battles automatically, you have no control over the actual battle. The one main problem I have encountered is when both ships use warp drive. The winner is almost always whoever warps last, regardless of design. There is also no way to change when you warp. Other than that pretty good I've found.
4 stars: The game is pretty fun with interesting rock paper scissors mechanics. Combat looks a bit strange at first but you get used to it. Tech tree could be better but fleet battles needs the most work. Its a black boxed gambling machine. For battle ui, I think that coloured outlines would look better in indicating component health compared to the filled in boxes currently used.
4 stars: Great game if you don't mind waiting when your ships explode. Things escalate quickly. **Update: Once you get to the battleship level of gameplay the game becomes dominated by the Destroyer Vega. I miss the ship versatility seen in earlier levels. It gets a bit repetitive when the same ship with the same build is all you ever come up against.
5 stars: Fun. No control in fights though. Whether that's good or bad is up to you. Update: early game is very very fun. Around level 15 to 20 the game basically forces you to buy the newest ship to avoid being unfairly destroyed every battle.
