3 stars: Signng up to the app was difficult on my Galaxy S21 because there were no confirmation buttons. I almost gave up because I was losing confidence that it would be reliable and actually get me a taxi but I persevered by using the back button and in the end, got it working. Taxi was booked for two hours later and there it was - on time and in the right location. More testing of the UX in Galaxy S21's needed by the Developers...
5 stars: Good app, easy to use and navigate. Just wish it didn't automatically default to the location when starting. I live in an apartment so a car can't get to me so I need to pick up on the street.
5 stars: Friendly drivers. It's really reasurring to know which direction they're coming from and roughly how long they'll be. Also easy to contact driver if you can see that the app is going to send them to the wrong place which is possible with built up areas. Very conveni...
