3 stars: They work great when you're close... would like a bigger network to find the tracking tiles not just people with the Tile app. Unless Tile can put the app everywhere... it isnt as good as you think. Plus there is a lot of waste with them because you cant change out the batteries...

4 stars: The app is great and intuitive. I do like that it tells me where it was last detected, so I can narrow down my search, even when the keys aren't in range. My main beef is that the Tile in my Key Smart, while not too bad, doesn't have great range. The app often tells me that the Tile is out of range, even when I'm on the opposite end of the apartment from the keys, and my place is only about 980 sqft.
3 stars: Just got it set up, it's a neat concept, but the find phone feature has a crippling flaw, the app needs to be open for it to ring your phone. Being as you can never know when you'll misplace your phone, you would need to have it open 24/7. I'm certain Android has the ability to run the app fully in the background without having the app show up in the 'recent' screen.

4 stars: The app can be frustrating at times but over all has helped me out many times. I have the most problems with slim style tiles and as result will not be getting those ones again. Customer service are amazing and warranty replace tiles with little to no effort on your part. Upd...
