5 stars: I absolutely love Dr on Demand! It's very simple and convenient! I've been using it a lot more recently because I am immunocompromised due to an autoimmune disease and I like that i'm not exposed to more germs by visiting a doctor's office. I will use Dr on Demand as often as I possibly can verses going to the doctor's office.
5 stars: Took a few minutes to set up my profile and enter some basic health history information, but once I activated a video visit, it was great. Connected with a Dr within one minute, call video and audio was clear, and my prescription is on its way to the pharmacy. A great experience all around. Update, 2/2022: still using this great service, and thankful to have it.
4 stars: Very Convenient!!!! We have a newborn and are in the process of moving so this really is a huge help so we don't have to spend hours in urgent care just for a stubborn cough. Highly recommend! The app itself just has issues sometimes with sound during meetings.
3 stars: Doctor was good. However questions/communication kept getting cut off with 15 min limit screen shutdown. It was filled with her questions without finishing to a conclusion. It would then ask me to pay an additional 75 dollars to hear the end of her story. Lol. My insurance covered it I think. But not extending them. I would just rebook like ...
