3 stars: It looks like a good app and will be helpful, but I have difficulty listening to audio books and I sometimes can't understand the accent used in the ones here, so for those guided meditations and audio books ect, would there be a way to have a option to see it written down to read instead? That would be really nice!
5 stars: This app makes me feel so calm and helps me calm down. I definitely recommend it if your struggling with anger issues or anything like that!

5 stars: This app helps me a lot to relieve my tension and anxiety when I am stressed out. The relieving sound tracks and the graphic designs inside the app is so cool and amazing that you will feel fresh and can keep you away from your daily confusing and time-consuming social media using habit. I highly recommend someone who is finding peace and mindfulness and wish you live peacefully and stress-free.
5 stars: The best mental health app I've ever used (and I've tried quite a few)! Well worth the price, considering it genuinely helps, and not just in the short term. It teaches you valuable skills that will benefit your health and happiness for life. My anxiety has improved beyond measure. I can't thank you enough for creating this incredible app!
