3 stars: This app is well thought out, but 98% of the women that fit my preferences are just completely offline profiles that just get recycled when your like has timed out on that profile. To sum it up it feels dead.
3 stars: Met someone so that's the good. Haven't been on in months. Now I can't log in to delete profile. I have contacted customer support, no response. I've tried requesting a password reset sent to my email. No response. Won't allow me to login with my existing email and password. 5 stars if this is resolved asap

I called today to speak to a Match expert for advice about my profile and Joey was great, she gave me several ideas to try with my photos, my story summary and introduction tips. This service is part of my subscription so I definitely recommend using it!
