3 stars: I like the alerts for good prices and I take them with a grain of salt anyway, but actually attempted to book a deal through hopper today, twice, only for it to tell me 'oh sorry. Can't find your deal'. Booked through Google instead.
3 stars: I use this regularly. But today when I opened the app nothing works (the contact us, edit profile, etc) and my flight I purchased back in July has now disappeared. I've sent an email and I hope I get a reply promptly.
4 stars: The price is amazing, the app is easy to use. The only issue is no help telephone line to support when I struggle to find how to get some solutions.
