4 stars: Something has gone wrong with recent updates to the app. I keep having issues connecting to my Spotify/Amazon Music and this has been going on for a few weeks now. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon as I can see from the comments that others are facing a similar issue. Edit (Jan 2022): Connection issue has been fixed.
4 stars: Awesome! App works great and no problems whatsoever. I have my arc and sub connected. Music is connected with my google music and plays perfectly fine. But Com on, get true play on Android already. It's 2022 soon...
3 stars: I made a 1 star for troubles I was having, I don't know how to remove it but I found the problem. I was using a VPN which blocked the network access. This should be added to the network connection as a possible problem to look into.
5 stars: Sonos sound system is absolutely one of the best. I have 6 Amps, one ARC and 25 in-ceiling speakers along with one Sub. divided in 7 zones. Amazing how easy it is to play anything from anywhere in the house. Synching different zones is no brainer and sound quality is outstanding.
4 stars: It's okay now, updates screwed it up a bit...works great tho with my new upgraded 52....fix the glitches tho, because Iike my $1800 soundbar+ sub to work good with the app....d Didn't pay 1800 for nothing now did I Sonos ?
3 stars: Sonos is fantastic but when you can't ban an album or song from playing, it destroys the ex...
