4 stars: The would be perfect if it wasnt bugged sometimes. For example, if you click on a sneaker in the nike app and it is dropping in this app, the snkrs app will open but nothing will show for me... I will have to click somewhere else then go back to the apps home screen for things to populate. I dont get it. Other than that I just wish the draws weren't so damn difficult to win
3 stars: This app has been unstable for a long time. Every drop lags in the system. Come on Nike, spend some of them profits on some infrastructure. Also, the fact I have to make sure I always have the latest version is a pain in the ***. I've missed opportunities on shoes that I had on notification but I never got the stupid alert because my app wasn't current. I love the product but do something to stabilize your system yo.
3 stars: It seems that every time the app updates it loses my saved profile and I need to re enter my shipping and payment information. Every now and then I'm not able to access the draws at all due to some kind of error. I will say that it's nice to see a release calendar as well as get some background info on shoe designs, and track current and previous orders.
