4 stars: Good physical product. I was skeptical about a companion app for a toothbrush, but the brushing session tools are great - I've never had a reason to use any of the rest of the app though. Would go to 5 stars if it were possible to be reminded if I've missed a session, it seems like an obvious feature but it isn't available.
4 stars: I wish the toothbrush would connect a bit more consistently, particularly considering that I purchased the current top-of-the-line model. It would also be great if the prompts that follow brushing to floss and use the tongue brush could go to the tracking for the tongue brush, or a tracker for time spent flossing, instead of asking me to just say yes or no.
3 stars: My personal experience with this app isn't gonna be explained with the regular questions they post. First off I dont personally feel like the timing on all the settings are long enough. I dont like the fact that you can't add a tooth brushing when you forget to bring your phone with you. I also wish that sonicare had circle head options.
3 stars: I do enjoy using my sonicare toothbrush. It has made brushing my teeth feel more thorough, almost like I've just had a dental cleaning. The only issue I've run into is that at times it will not connect even when the bluetooth and location are on or it will connect but then tells me I need to reset by placing it on the charger.
