3 stars: Solid plans and hardware, but mediocre customer service. I have used Google Fi since it was project Fi and like most Google services it takes time to mature. The hardware (i.e. the pixel) has improved and the plans have improved as well. However, the app and the customer service is very disappointing when compared to other companies.
3 stars: After days of trying to get the number switched and then another day to get the phone to work I finally have a Google Fi phone. I had to go out of town almost immediately and so far it is ok, not great. I get charged a lot of data for using Google maps even if I download ahead of time. I'm hoping the service will be better than my last carrier because the data is double the price as the old carrier.
