3 stars: This is the worst update of an app I've ever seen. Get it together, guys! Weeks later and it's still crashing every 2 minutes! When is this going to get fixed??? EDIT: It's October 26 and the app is still crashing. Congratulations, fellas. You destroyed your own app.
5 stars: Great experience! Thank you to the amazing staff that quickly responded and figured out why I wasn't able to access my account. The staff definitely had efficient and friendly customer service. I'm now able to play with my friends without starting over on my account. Thanks again! Cheers!
5 stars: Support team was unbelievable. So helpful recovering my lost purchases as I hadn't played in years. Only thing I haven't gotten back are my lost cake and coins but all of my actual purchases were swiftly recovered
5 stars: so much fun.. I loved this game, especially since my daughter lives so far away, we can still play and laugh together. runs super smooth for me.
3 stars: I love this game, it's a super fun way to goof off with your friends even when you're not together. However, the new update has created a lot of issues for me in my games. My games no longer load or tell me when it's my turn, and do not show my games that I have started. Granted that this issues are fixed, I would reccomend. Until then I would say hold off a bit or be patient.
