5 stars: Over time the app has been updated and currently is the best it's been. It is user friendly, and by far the better of many other CCTV apps on the market.
3 stars: Works alright, but each update pushes their cloud service more and more aggressively, If there was an option to hide that for those who use local recording, would make it 5 star, but that agressive push for cloud recording is really getting annoying with no way to hide it.
5 stars: Great camera. Had to connect to the ceiling on the front porch so the nosy office would not see it in our apartment complex.
3 stars: After upgrade app, some functions are notworking. Playback showing fail to load, PTZ showing operation failed. Kindly sort out issue ASAP.
3 stars: after updating apps to new version, preview image/video quality seem lower than before ( no problem when watching by NVR ), please fix...
3 stars: Had better options before. Now you can not even move the time line when in big mode.
