3 stars: V5. 198.0 is not comfortable for the auto day/night mode. Please add MANUAL day/night mode. Different people have different preferences, not to mention about different area of some cities have different day/night time, and also about different ability of comfort to everyone.
3 stars: Fare was too low recently and aside from that, Customer use wrong pin location as an excuse to get less fare. Booking distributions are not fair. Only a few riders get satisfying bookings. Incentives gems are deceiving and also when you are about to complete the gems, the bookings delayed you for 2 to 3 hours just to get you disappointed and go home with incomplete gems. Hope these come to Grab Philippines attention. Thank you so much.
4 stars: Every time after update the grabnav map's speaker disappear on the screen and no more voice navigation guidance. I have to reinstall to get back the speaker. This is really frustrating, happens few times in a week.
5 stars: Such an excellent app, easy to use! Just a minor bug: at times it suddenly went offline without my doing anything. Other than that everything works fine!
3 stars: Not user friendly on the road map as the routes guilding are longer than usual. Also the app messages are not in time to send out therefore a lot of riders didn't realize thier booking confirmation causing delays to drivers
