3 stars: 1. Make sure the trips are going convenient to driver 2. Customers are consuming alcohol and fall in the taxi. It's really a big issue. 3. Customers are book trip for others they are fails to set that location, Especially pickup location. 4. Some trips are personal uses like shifting room with heavy baggage and customers put packed bags into the taxi they don't come with that it's legal or not? 5. Blocking 🚫 cash trips is not fare.
3 stars: It's been having issues to where it doesn't cash out. How can you refuel your vehicle driving all over town takes a lot of gas! The app has been acting up lately and this is the second time in a 2 week period that I was unable to cash out when needed. That is why I like driving through this app is the freedom cash out when needed. Otherwise I'd go find another job that only pays weekly or bi weekly. Please fix this asap like now!!
5 stars: Smooth operation overall. It's a pretty user friendly playform; not over complicated at all, in my opinion. The literal step by step guidence 100% of the time, along with multiple methods of reaching someone for assistance at any point in the pickup/delivery process makes it nearly impossible to fail! Thanks to the employees who maintain it for us!
