3 stars: This app works well for me but some of my friends seems to have issues with their device. For some the app has been stuck in the loading screen and for some they don't get the vaccinated information in their app. Also a suggestion, it would be nice if you could add a check it online service instead of the app so everyone else whose app is having an issue could visit the website instead.
4 stars: Facing problem after updating the App. Not showing the PCR result , goes off again and again even after two time installation and reinstallation. I have taken two doses of vaccination but App was showing only my 2nd dose as first dose. Trying to get help help for vaccines update on my portal but not successful.
5 stars: Smooth working App but currently facing first issue after finishing my quarantine period that my status is turned to grey and vaccine details which was there earlier is removed. Got vaccinated in India and details were reflecting in the app earlier but now after the negative result of second covid test on day 9 vaccine details are missing and even al hosn status is grey.
3 stars: Dear Team, I have reached Abu Dhabi airport on 23 Aug 2021 and did PCR test negative result came on the same date (via Purehealth) for some reason it didn't reflect in alhosn App till now... now its gray and it still not showing that I took 0 of 2 PCR completed..it must be 1 of 2 !
