3 stars: Good app. But I'd rather more details about some products.Plus, the shipping always calls me in the morning while I am at work! Why you don't have a afternoon shipping!!
3 stars: App needs more improvement. User review text sometimes doesn't appear properly. Zooming in images doesn't work properly. You can only zoom to part of an image. Sometimes two different user ratings appear for the same product!
5 stars: I enjoy buying from Souq. Customer service so far has been exceptional, items are easily returned and refunds are processed speedily. Delivery has also been excellent.
5 stars: I use souq a lot and by a lot I mean like once every couple of months and I never got a broken item and if I had a problem with any item the customers service never fails to please me and fix my issue. Thank you souq!!
