5 stars: Recent update made some nice UI improvements and has a sticky notification to easily tell time remaining and add more. Also added a feature to find open spaces but I've not tried it yet.
5 stars: Call City Hall Parking Services if you have a problem. I had quite the challenge with the app and they told me how to get it to revert to the correct and previous version. Many thank to them for keeping this ap the way it is.
4 stars: Ticket purchase experience is generally okay, but the PIN system is somewhat confusing and clicking the rating dialogue doesn't actually take me to the app page
3 stars: Was great before the update but now it crashes as soon as I click start a new session. S20 Ultra. If this isn't fixed in a week it goes to 1 star.
