5 stars: This app is amazing! I recently went from one streaming service to another and had no desire to move everything manually. For a few dollars, thousands of songs were done in a few minutes. Then I had several questions and customer service is nothing short of phenomenal.

3 stars: Great But Not So Great...it definitely worked, so let me say that upfront! I was able to transfer from Amazon Music to Spotify BUT for some of my songs it just found songs that matched the title (or were close to the title) regardless of artist or genre. It just found whatever looked right and threw it in there, even though they were completely different songs than what was actually on my original playlist.
