4 stars: The service is great and all, but I can't seem to find the option to report a rider or Grab itself to ask for a refund. We ordered some food today, not realizing that it was set to grab pay. When the food arrived, we also paid in cash since that is how we usually pay for our grab food. We given give a tip. Now, can anyone tell me what to do for this, we only have the name of the rider and the transaction ID on the receipt via email.
4 stars: The App is good but even better if it can improve the following; 1- be able to select drop point precisely frm the map (map MUST be updated.) 2- The chat/msg room with the driver should be able to send a photo from gallery. Currently the chat only can take photo frm camera not gallery. Because for pickup frm Gated n Guarded Community, we need to share the QR code to the driver for him to enter the neighbourhood.
5 stars: Mainly using it for food. - Sometimes there are missing items from food deliveries, but Grab always makes up for it with credits, thanks. - McDonald's used to be able to deliver to my place using Grab but not anymore recently. I dunno if it's a bug with the GPS or not, or if it's McD not wanting GrabFood.
3 stars: Its already taking me more than 3 minutes before they send the code. The code expires in 2 minutes after request. Atleast make sure the code was sent to our number before expiring it.
