3 stars: Ok but need more options for recommendations. The worse part is I'm constantly getting alerts about houses in a city that you couldnt pay me to live in. There needs to be a way to put in what your looking for and where to narrow down that field for notifications. I get an alert and think this might be the one until I see its located in the armpit of my area.
4 stars: Great app!! On the positive, I Love that everything is right there available for viewing with all of the details and the address. I love that I can scroll through all of the listings. Cons, with majority of homes on the market right now having the pending status a lot of time is wasted trying to find those that are actually available.
3 stars: Not the best app for finding what I need. Might be better for houses to purchase but their rental feature could use a lot of improvement. I consistently get apartments outside of the range I've sorted for plus it would be nice to get some additional options.
3 stars: I find myself irritated that the app no longer gives acreage for properties that don't have it listed in the description. For some reason it now lists square footage - which is nice for a house but or apartment but not for someone interested in how many acres come with the property.
