3 stars: The app is extremely useful and i have been using it actively for over 2 months now I use it to track my daily runs and it does a fine job. But the app sometimes stops and crashes while in the background and the whole recorded session is lost. That makes it very frustrating. Please see to it. Otherwise the app deserves 5 stars.
5 stars: Brilliant programs to train, see advises from coaches and understanding different methods...very ideal coverage. I thought while training there should be bookmark option so that one can revisit to continue else its difficult to find same content where you left off!
5 stars: Is the app perfect? No. There are instruction errors, missing videos, imperfect tracking... But does it offer training plans for free? Yes! Does it synchronise with my other training apps? Yes! Did it actually increase my fitness? Yes! Then there's little more I could ask for! :)
5 stars: Great but a few things to fix. 1. Can not replan a session to be sooner but only days after 2. Please diseable alarm of heart rate in the warm-up walking phase in running.
5 stars: I used the app to increase my speed and starting tomorrow, I will use to train for a half marathon. The training sessions are varied which keeps it interesting and I am certainly much fitter, so they work. I also started the 30 minute skipping training too....that certainly pushes you.
