5 stars: When we go to the pickup location for order pickup then restaurant is for away for location but then we can not go there because we are all ready at pick up location you charged 10 dirhm penalty its not fair
4 stars: Service is getting better, I'm very satisfied with the payments . Just one more thing,, I hope there would be a function where you can set a desired destination and can pick up passengers towards your set destinations, thanks
4 stars: I'm vendor and i need the activity detail of captain like uber do this same for vendor's help careem also have to add activity detail in captain app in which we can easily see that when captain offline and online
