5 stars: Very reliable phones on bargain price.... Bought 2 phones from xiaomi (mi8 pro and mi10t lite ) in last 1year. My child throw mi8 from hotel roof to floor , screen cracked but still power on. And the second dropped down few times from concrete stairs but still works 100%. I use to be one plus fan as one plus phones are more sleek. Xiaomi phones are reliable and very durable too. Do recommend xiaomi
3 stars: Don't buy mi phones, bcoz in new phones, user friendly apps such as Mi messaging, Dialer and Contact apps are not available. Instead of that, Google Message, Contact and Google phone (Dialer) are used, they are not user friendly apps. Unfortunately i purched 10i, due to this problem, now i am very disappointed...
5 stars: Nice app easy to operate, but the store is taking TWO DAYS to deliver even after the message out for delivery I don't know what is going wrong with my consignment.

5 stars: Very smooth. But my 1870 Mi tokens had expired on 4/1/2021. I never knew this. I want refund. Mi please reactivate my 1870 Mi tokens. I feel so heart broken to see my tokens expired after accumulating for so many years. I don't feel like buying from Mi store now. Please help.
