5 stars: I purchased a VIP member for one week. They already deducted the amount on my gcash wallet but I didn't receive the VIP. Nothing happened on my subscription. I paid the amount but I didn't become a VIP. I paid for nothing. Please fix it as soon as possible.
5 stars: Dear Waplog team, Reporting scammers isn't enough and it rarely makes any difference. You guys really need to make authentication for profile creation harder by using a phone number or text message code like they do on Tinder. It might hurt you guys on the simple accessibility you guys provide but it's the best way to keep the bot parasites away.
