4 stars: It's great and convenient to be able to clock in and out on the go vs at a desk. I also like the other features that show my pay information, vacation time, and tax details. I'm not a fan of the updates and times when the system is down or not responsive, I feel like a heads up on that would make a difference. Maybe a message letting me know when an update is scheduled, that way I can plan for that. Mariana Winterhale
3 stars: The app seems to be working well, I had hoped that we would also be able to see our schedule on it, rather than needing to check the dayforce/my time management website, but I hope this function can be added in the future. The ability to create a help case and have it efficiently and effectively resolved has been great!!
4 stars: I appreciate the clarity this app has brought to my work experience! The only complaint I have might not even be because of the app: it may simply be my location. Some times it takes several minutes for the app to load; and since I use it to clock in and out of work, it can cause me to be late.
4 stars: The reason why I only rate 4 stars is because I do not have the ability to clock in or out on the app. I can only clock in and out on a computer at work. I'm guessing that's a setting that my company set up requiring you to clock in or out on a computer at one of our locations. Other then that it's a great app and easy to navigate.
