5 stars: I like that it shows my health improvments...from blood pressure and circulation to teeth and gum, and lung health...it tells you how much longer you have until those areas of the body or mind are 100%. For me, that's what keeps me going....just knowing my body is getting better and my lung cancer risk is going down.

Its like having an accountability partner for those that don't.. i believe this app has helped me.. im 4 days smoke free.. which is better than ive done in a long time.
