4 stars: Pretty solid experience. My only issue is not being able to add additional forms of payment, ie; getting gif cards for Christmas that aren't newegg specific.
5 stars: A very good alternative to Best Buy. They have different types of electronics and many different brands. Most prices are very good and competitive with other outlets. Was very happy with my first purchase of a phone that was no longer available at BB, the price was the same, but you can find certain things cheaper
4 stars: Most apps feel a little clunky when going through their market places, but this one is smooth, on point, and you get plenty of info on the products. I always know what I'm buying, and with the reviews, I can make a customer-to-customer informed decision.
3 stars: Newegg is definitely a great store for pc parts, but I noticed they also sell in a market style setup with third party sellers. While this is great for retailers and private sellers, this can be bad for the consumers as it brings access to sub-par products that may lack quality control procedures that can put the consumer at risk. Please leave the market place selling and uncontrolled items to the likes of Amazon, Wal-Mart, eBay, etc..
