5 stars: I bought a brand new Samsung A51 from the official showroom in Bangladesh but the SAM info App is showing it as refurbished and country of origin blank. Manufacturing date does not match with serial number. Total charge connect counter, headset counter, cpu usage etc are unavailable and require root whereas all my old Samsung devices in my home display all of these. Please solve this problem.
4 stars: i bought my phone brand new. this application refurbished check your phone is original.after two update now i check refurbished its saying now your phone is not genuine. and same happened to my son phone as well. please make it your app data corrected.
