5 stars: The new features that you can buy TOKEN or pay your electric bill is absolutely great. But please bring back the feature from older version: Details of Electrical Rates (Tarif Listrik), even the subsidize ones (SOCIAL, BUSINESS and all the non adjustment rates)
3 stars: Complained three times for 'Rejected Token' didn't lead to solution. In the end my father called the call center only then they sent an officer to check the problems. Good app but need better follow up imo.
5 stars: Great app! I am able to include my parents idpel into the app. So I can secure my parents' electricity bill remotely. This app is all I need to easily pay the electricity bill and also to top up kWh for the prepaid meter.
4 stars: So far this is a good application. But there's only for 4 Cutomer ID. Should be possible to increase more Customer ID for the next updated.
4 stars: It's a great apps, but I'll give 5 stars if there's additional feature of Stroomnet registration for new customers, and status of Stroomnet application

5 stars: Make it easier about electrical problems to contact PLN such as blackout disturbances, electricity bill, token purchase, and others
5 stars: It's better than their previous version. More simple, good UI, easir to pay electricity bill, and many more. In the next development, I think we need the feature to call their technician to help...
