5 stars: Great service, great video quality and sounds, easy to use.
5 stars: Telehealth has allowed me the opportunity to have amazing therapy sessions during this time of pandemic. In fact even when we can meet face-to-face I think I might still use telehealth because of how well it works with my schedule. It saves me time and money that I would usually spend driving to my appointment. Audio visual and accessibility it's a fantastic app. Wish I could give it a 6 star!
4 stars: When it works it's great. I'm assuming when it doesn't it's an internet connection problem, but when it doesn't work, it really affects my level of care. So that's why I gave it 4 stars. I'll revise my review to that of 5 stars if I can corroborate my suspicion of the connectivity issues being on the ISP.
5 stars: Telehealth is such a GREAT TOOL with all of this pandemic MADNESS it's so nice to have the connection with your Doctor or Therapist without even leaving your home. My sessions with my therapist have been fantastic! I really appreciate the visual and sound quality that is experienced while using Telehealth, Great Job!
3 stars: It's ok. If you switch to another app for a second it loses connection or something, but only after about 20 or 30 seconds. So you think it's still connected, but then you aren't hearing each other. Hard to find the link, it auto pastes in the field from my Outlook app, but then I can't use outlook anymore?
