4 stars: Issue has been partially fixed, working on another phone with Android 10. Toothbrush won't connect to a phone with Android 11.
3 stars: Generally a good experience but the last 7 days doesn't load most of the time and it's the reason for the rating. Also wish the brush had a memory to upload later. Taking phone into bathroom everytime (twice day) to record brush session isn't realistic and gets annoying. For the money this should be an included feature on future models.
5 stars: This app is great except, even though it is connected to blue tooth, it doesn't read one section of my mouth. It doesn't register that the section has been cleaned. Since my last review I learned how to position the brush so that all sections now register. Very happy with philips sonicare.
4 stars: It forces me to brush longer than I used to. Digital Dental Hygiene coaching is major advancement in electric toothbrushes. It does need an alert for you to switch from the tongue side of your teeth to the cheek side.
3 stars: Does not always connect to the toothbrush immediately and sometimes doesn't recognize brush head
5 stars: Helps me with my brushing time length and strength. My dental health improves everytime i go for a cleaning.
