3 stars: For grabfood, on case of vendor late food preparation, should provide an option for delivery partners to call cs and reassign their order to other rider like 30 minutes later. Sometimes rider have to wait up to an hour just waiting for food to be prepared. If cancel job will affect rating.
3 stars: The app will automatically logout. Please get it fix. And everytime i login this app were show network issue. Then i need to off my data and on it again, few months back dont have this issue.
3 stars: Get stack orders then the grab navigation gone and replace by Google map. I more like grab navigation when deliver. Please fix it asap!
4 stars: hello..ihave an issue here..i want to be grabfood rider..i have already complete all the training and quiz..but unfortunately when i want to login to grab driver app..it stated that my email is not registered on this app..i use my gmail since i fill in the form using my gmail..please help me resolve this..thank you
4 stars: 1) Rider should indicate no of pax in all ride booking. If got child below 1.3m then only send taxi or driver with child seat the to take the job. 2) Waiting fee should be able to amend by driver at the end of the trip when having dispute with rider. 3) Job that need driver to pay ERP before pick up should not be given to them and allow driver to cancel w/o affect their rating. eg ERP $2 for $6 fare.
