4 stars: The system is amazing, but the app isn't. The interface is a little complicated. And there are some minor bugs. Like, I change a setting, it changes my workout plan as expected, but 2 minutes later the workout is like the previous one again and my setting isn't saved. And one more thing, I can't afford 12 or 3 months subscription, is it possible to have one month subscription, paid each month?
3 stars: Love the adaptive system. The app has plenty of cons though: No dark mode, It's super clunky and unoptimized, the UI is confusing and outdated, the app all around is slow to navigate, also you can't set a fixed weight for the dumbbells, like I have 5 KGs and when I tell the app the exercice is too easy, it increases the weight instead of the reps when I don't even have bigger dumbbells.

4 stars: It's not bad, i really like the fact that they send you your workout plan every day by mail or that you can also use their page, but the app works like hell, it's bulky, slow, the ui is really unfriendly and everytime you change up a setting it freezes. Other than that, it works really great.
