Developer encourages and welcomes ideas; I've asked him for help before with a particular tracking issue that was (seemed) specific to me. I appreciate that he responded so quickly and took the extra effort to dig deeper into the problem and collaborate in in order to find a solution if possible. Exceptional Service.

5 stars: I use this everyday I work. Super organized and easy to use. Also, when covid shut down everything, the app had information about it and also notified me that there was a grant I could apply for specifically for servers that got me $500 extra.
