5 stars: I'm extremely happy with this app. I wish I found it 3 weeks ago before I purchased subscriptions with 2 other apps that this one app covers. I have a workout app and a stretching app on my phone but will be deleting them shortly. I'm currently doing insanity with Shawn T (Middle of week 2) and just started the 3 week yoga retreat and they both are way better than the other 2 apps I have. Thank you Beachbody for making this so available.
5 stars: I love all the different channels so you can choose what types of programs work best for you. The nutrition channels have great recipes, the workouts are fun and there are so many options, and the mindfulness channels offer great meditations. I like the personal tracker, and the group interaction for motivation and accountability is what drew me to BOD.

5 stars: I've never had issues with crashing or video quality. I enjoy the ability to view all of BOD programs in one spot or find a workout based on a specific category, such as weight loss. I use the download feature on my tablet for when I'm on the go and don't have Wi-Fi access.
