4 stars: Please please please - add a home screen shortcut for secondary addresses. None of my packages go to my home, due to porch pirates, but the app always opens to my home address. Every time I open the app I have to switch it to a secondary address. It would save me a lot of time to have one of the home screen shortcuts to be a secondary address so I can go directly to the information that I need! Thanks in advance!!!
3 stars: The app works well and has a lot of functionality. However, there is one huge oversight. I live in a rural area with no house numbers and sat available will only guide you to the general vicinity. Most delivery company apps let you add a note to the driver so I can guide them in. UPS doesn't have this, so time after time our delivery fails when the driver can't find us.
3 stars: The problem with the app is the large ? on the package tracking detail page. While I understand the need for easy access to the assistant, that large button covers information on the page including exception information and shipment progress. If it were on the left, or bet...
