4 stars: Greetings, since the app is new in the market, the tech dept should make it possible to share the app via message in the sense that if person A shares with B and B starts to actually use the app then both of them should receive some form of promos and B with C and so on and so forth. That would help increase the market base exponentially faster since there's an incentive and a chance to compete with Tirhal.
3 stars: The app lacks a lot, first the captain information is weak, there is no brand or type of car or its number, there is no map showing the captain's location, also you cannot see your destination on the map during the trip
