5 stars: I love this app, it works wonderful for my small business. The only problem I have at the moment is there was an update made that changed the clock format for when you are booking an appointment. It used to just look like a clock and you could easily click the exact time you were booking someone. Now it's a clock you have to scroll through to select the time, the other one was way more user friendly.
4 stars: I've had square appointments for a very short time yet and already I am very impressed. It works so well. It sends alerts to customers with an invoice attached. You and your customers will never forget or miss an appointment. Only issue I've had so far is that my schedule says I'm closed on sat and sun which is not true. I have tried to fix this by changing the schedule in my settings but it still tells customers I am off on the weekends.
3 stars: Not sure how many stars to give this app. Was working great until an update. Now when I go to check clents out from their appointment it will not let me. Goes to reveiw and check out and when I need to put in the amount...just takes me right back to the appointment. Will not let me charge them. Worked great for over two years. Now useless. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled. Nothing has worked. Looking for a new appointment app. 😢😢😢
