3 stars: Overall the app is very useful, but it would be much better if the app allowed you to access activated tickets offline. I've been without 4G for a couple of days and actually had to buy a separate ticket because I couldn't access my app ticket. Needs to be rectified so any Internet problems doesn't affect whether I can get home from work or not.
4 stars: The app could be improved by a 'find my bus now' button which when pressed would zoom on to the real time road position of the selected service. Also being able to download offline timetables via the app would be useful.
5 stars: Brilliant app, easy to use, very informative. Great to be able to purchase E-tickets especially during this pandemic. Plan route part of it is invaluable for me with my anxiety
