4 stars: The game is really addictive but when playing vs mode, it seems no matter how good your doctors are, you lose A LOT. I love the levels and how you gets help when you've been stuck for a while but vs makes me want to bift my phone more often than not. I wish it was easier to get upgrades but all and all I do really enjoy the game :)
5 stars: Worst (and by that I mean best) most addictive game!! however, you must create an account. Even if you think on your new phone you will not play, you will. As an old school original Nintendo Dr Mario player, I fully approve of this game. However, my first go around I always used the doctor who broke the bricks. And they will not give her to me! Makes me very sad.
5 stars: As in other Nintendo App games, this one is fun to play even without paying real money. They've recently added more challenges that keep you busy between level releases. VS. is always available to play, without restriction! Some levels are beyond challenging, but YouTube videos have proven you don't need to spend real money on power ups to beat them.
5 stars: This is an excellent Nintendo experience on my phone. It's a little bit of a data w****re And it's a little slow sometimes but it offers all of the right noises, artistry, characters, levels and perfect increase of difficulty as you would expect from any Nintendo game.
