5 stars: Sadhguru is the most articulate i came across in my lifetime and provides logical explanations to even the most sensitive topics. Wonderful self help app that answers burning questions and help us transcend religion and tradition. I use the meditation feature that reminds me daily as well.

4 stars: App is good, but there is a PROBLEM ,😅 like in Aum chanting, like when we utter it ,it seems like it is mechanically played. Bcz when we do it, we are unable to take our inhalation process properly...... And due to which instead of stabilizing our system (Peace) it brings unnecessary breathlessness..... So it would be better if we can improve this.... 😄 Otherwise this is very useful app ...... 🥰😘......DHANYAVAAD !!!!! 😌
