5 stars: I love this app, because it is so convenient, so you can see when your package is going to be delivered or has been!! I recently moved to a place right along a major highway and was worried about package visibility from the road. Well, most times, the UPS drivers deliver around to the back patio even if there are no delivery instructions!! That's what I call awesome service!! Thank you UPS!!
5 stars: Exceptional!! I appreciate this app and the phenomenal customer service from UPS. I get text messages the day before, the day of and after my delivery is made. I also get emails that states when my package will arrive. My packages always arrive when they indicate it will. I have never had a package damaged or thrown haphazardly on my porch. I highly recommend this app for tracking your UPS deliveries.
