5 stars: Plex has changed how I watch my media, the ease of streaming and saving my media offline, automatic photo backup uploads to my home server so i dont need public cloud services. My parents are delighted they can now stream our family videos without issues. The only thing that is a shame is that i hadnt heard about Plex sooner. Keep up the great work!

5 stars: The reason for 4 * is ONLY because- In folder view, on smart-tvs, would be good to have option to View files in list or detail view. Makes it much easier to see the folder at a glance, or find a file; rather than scrolling to the end. Currently, files appear in 2 rows, each row showing 6 files. But instead of scrolling up-down, it moves sideways. I personally find it a bit annoying as I use Plex more than 50% of the time, in a day.
3 stars: I love PLEX, but the app keeps failing when playing playlists. It won't play your downloaded content without a connection either. Tried PLEXAmp as an alt for music, but that started failing too. Please please fix the music portion of your app. You guys are awesome, but this is killing me. I really really don't want to migrate to something else. Do you guys take bribes?
