3 stars: Nice app, but found a fail. The program should let me change the time of my fasting during the fasting program without changing the program. I have started the 14/10 program but decided to keep fasting for longer period cause I'm feeling good. I tried to add more time of fasting but the program doesn't allow me to do it.

5 stars: this app is really simple to use it gives motivational prompts when you're into your fast to tell you what your body is it doing which encourages you further to stay on the fast. I paid to take the ads off and I'd say it's definitely worth doing. I also like the lovely reminder for drinking water and it's working really well for me as drinking water is not something I do.
