3 stars: I have played this game for quite some time and enjoyed it until I payed for $20 worth of gems and never have received them. I contacted support and they said to give them time. How long do you wait with no contact when your money is involved? Very frustrated.
4 stars: There needs to be more ways to get smiles. Can the childcare be upgraded please? There needs to be more ways to get smiley faces.
5 stars: This game is SUPER fun! Sometimes I get bored of the game just waiting curing patients. My friends and my helpers and liked hospitals sends me gifts everyday and sends me friend requests almost everyday.😊👍👍
