3 stars: The Payment process should tell us what hardware is required BEFORE asking for permissions and installing a 3rd party app ! As of now, it requires an NFC capable Android phone WITH an Sosh/Orange NFC sim card, or a modern Samsung phone that can emulate card swipes.
5 stars: In my opinion, it's a very good app for people going to work. It's easy to use. Better of all, it's a great application for the entire Ile-de-France ! Whereas RATP app is ok for Paris, and very close suburbs. I've been using ViaNavigo for 3 years, it's very convenient ;)

4 stars: Everything is nice except some of the sections are completely in French even I select English as the preferred language. That should be corrected.
