4 stars: For the most part this app is great! I have been using it for a while. The biggest downfall is not knowing if you are actually online 😔 I have sat online for hours waiting just to find out there was an update or some problem . Just bc it says online doesn't mean you will get orders. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.
5 stars: Would be NICE if drivers: Set surge prices for an EXPAMPLE: long rides before to get to riders can set a surge charge for rides that are 15 to 20 minutes outside main cities. It would be nice if drivers have the option to put 5, 10, 15 dollars surge price before the rider gets picked up. So the rider has the option to accept or not.
4 stars: Great app for flexible self employment, and while the navigation can be really confusing and not helpful at first its fine once you get used to it. The best thing that they could do is to alert drivers about toll road routes though or give them an option to decline toll routes :\\ happened twice before I got an EZ pass where i did not have cash or an EZ pass and had to pay online afterwards to avoid a fine.
